We sell high quality products with warranties and support. All products are new unless otherwise marked. Due to the nature of electrical products, it is not feasible for us to take returns and give refunds. Electronics can be damaged by static electricity or weakened by reverse polarity and is sometimes hard to detect. Auto parts stores do not accept returns for electric products for this reason. We would not want any of our valued customers to receive these "used" product returns that might be subject to fail. We only provide factory fresh products. Also, please keep in mind we are not the Home Shopping Network or Amazon. Thank you for your understanding. Please be sure of your purchase by asking questions if necessary. Shipping Options: Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. The shopping cart will usually offer several shipping options depending on the product. Sometimes it will show options for the small boxes when it shouldn't. We are working on a fix, in the mean time please use common sense, a motor kit will not fit in a small priority fixed rate box! Controllers need the medium fixed rate box as do chargers, one throttle can fit in a small priority box. Call or email with questions. We will get in touch with you if you make a mistake. Stocked Items: Most products are in stock. If we don't have local stock, products are readily available from the distributor, but there will be an additional lead time of 3-5 days and may be drop shipped. You will be notified if it takes longer than 48hrs to ship. Products that can not be shipped within a week are not shown.
Electric Bikes are shipped by trucking companies for domestic orders and takes 7-10 days. The flat rate charge will be the only option shown.
